Our Leadership Structure

We are a non-denominational church who recognizes Christ Jesus as the premiere authority and head of the church.  Our goal is to be a healthy body thru whom Christ can carry on His work. The role of our organizational leadership is to carry out the responsibility of the day-to-day operations and oversee the spiritual growth of those who become a part of us.

The current leadership structure consists of the lead pastor along with elected deacons who provide spiritual direction and oversight, communicate general guidance and vision, and ensure corporate and legal responsibilities are fulfilled.   It also consists of several trustees who oversee and maintain the facilities and grounds, oversee insurance concerns, and periodically contribute to general discussions with the deacons.

Under the current bylaws, we hold quarterly congregational business meetings directed by an elected moderator.  In addition to fulfilling our legal responsibility, the meetings serve to keep the congregation informed of various ministry details, provide updated financial reports, discuss upcoming changes, and finalize approval for major expenditures.

Our current officers are Lavonne Ray, moderator; Sandy Davidson, assistant moderator; Lana Hendrix, Church treasurer; Laura Burger, secretary; Pam Bettenbrock and George Green, Building/Maintenance Fund treasurers; and Betty Latta, Benevolent Fund treasurer.
